Stulancer – Terms & Conditions

1. You must provide accurate personal, academic, and account information when registering.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. All projects posted by clients must contain clear, truthful, and complete details.
4. Freelancers must deliver original, high-quality work within the agreed timeline.
5. Plagiarism, misuse of client data, or uploading copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Payments will be processed through secure third-party gateways and may include platform service fees.
7. Clients must release payments only after verifying and approving the submitted work.
8. Refunds are handled case-by-case based on Stulancer’s dispute resolution policy; our decision is final.
9. Users must not engage in harassment, abuse, discrimination, or any harmful behavior on the platform.
10. Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or misuse the Stulancer platform will result in immediate account suspension.
11. Stulancer is not responsible for losses caused by user disputes, external payment gateways, or technical downtime.
12. By continuing to use Stulancer, you agree that these Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued usage signifies acceptance.
